Returns and Refunds

• Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted only for unopened and unused items. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Return Timeframe: You must initiate the return process within 3 days of the delivery date (as confirmed by tracking information).
• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us. We recommend using a trackable/same shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.
• Refund Process: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s). Items that do not meet the return requirements will not be refunded.
